About Us

Chris Hafner spent 35 years as an expert in integrating technology with business to improve enterprise performance, process innovation, and profitability. His professional experiences includes managing and consulting at senior levels with Fortune 150 companies, including over 10 years with a Big 4 Consulting firm, and eventually establishing the Hafner Technology Group (HTG), the parent company of Pemaquid™Reserves Planner.
In 2015 Chris and his wife moved into a newly constructed condominium association containing 56 homes on the coast of Maine. Chris was elected and served as a HOA Director for four years. During this time, he observed a need to greatly improve HOA Reserves Planning. Chris’ background provided a catalyst for broader market inquiries and research that revealed Reserves Planning is a much broader issue.
The Pemaquid™ Reserves Planner is inspired by Chris’ cumulative career experience and lessons learned while living in an HOA and serving as its Director. Chris architected, designed, and has developed the Pemaquid™ Reserves Planner based on these experiences. Our desire is to put this dynamic, real-time tool in your hands to educate and support greater understanding and long-term financial stability.
